Every email is rendered at desktop and mobile widths, with images on and off, so you can check it before review.

### Which files can I upload?
Mockups as PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP; copy as Word (.docx), text (.txt) or style-marked mockup text extracts; ERBs and link matrices as Excel (.xlsx, including several tabs); an existing email as HTML for reference; and image asset packs as ZIP or RAR. Exact colors, sizes and layout are measured from the mockup.

### Does HCPCraft replace MLR review?
No. It speeds up production and flags issues (missing or invented copy, missing safety information, broken tokens, Outlook problems, alt text), but every email still needs your team's medical, legal and regulatory review.

### Can I make changes after an email is generated?
Yes. With Resend with Adjustments you describe changes in plain language, for example a new link or updated footer copy, and HCPCraft saves the revision as a new version. Every version stays in your email history as an audit log.

### Can my team work together?
Yes. The Agency plan includes up to 3 users and the Unlimited plan up to 5, sharing one monthly quota and one email history where anyone on the plan can reopen and download any email, with who created it.

### Is my content used to train AI?
No. HCPCraft uses paid, enterprise-grade AI services whose terms prohibit using your content to train their models, and HCPCraft does not train AI on your content.
