What is HCPCraft?
HCPCraft is B2B software for pharma and life-sciences marketing teams and agencies. You upload an email mockup (PDF or image), copy decks (Word or text), ERBs (Excel) and assets, and it builds the finished HTML email: table-based layout, inline CSS, Outlook fixes and Veeva Approved Email tokens, plus compliance checks and audit screenshots for MLR review.
Does HCPCraft work with Veeva Approved Email and Veeva PromoMats?
Yes. It builds HTML that follows Veeva Approved Email conventions: Veeva tokens such as {{accTitle}}, {{customText}} and {{customRichText}} for the rep message, the unsubscribe token, and required state pricing disclosures. It also produces desktop and mobile audit screenshots, with images on and off, and a PDF audit report to attach to your PromoMats submission. HCPCraft is independent and not affiliated with Veeva.
Are the emails compatible with Outlook and mobile?
Yes. Emails use nested tables, inline CSS and a 600 px layout, with Outlook conditional comments, VML buttons, DPI fixes and separate desktop and mobile images where the design needs them. Every email is rendered at desktop and mobile widths, with images on and off, so you can check it before review.
Which files can I upload?
Mockups as PDF, PNG, JPEG or WebP; copy as Word (.docx), text (.txt) or style-marked mockup text extracts; ERBs and link matrices as Excel (.xlsx, including several tabs); an existing email as HTML for reference; and image asset packs as ZIP or RAR. Exact colors, sizes and layout are measured from the mockup.
Does HCPCraft replace MLR review?
No. It speeds up production and flags issues (missing or invented copy, missing safety information, broken tokens, Outlook problems, alt text), but every email still needs your team's medical, legal and regulatory review.
Can I make changes after an email is generated?
Yes. With Resend with Adjustments you describe changes in plain language, for example a new link or updated footer copy, and HCPCraft saves the revision as a new version. Every version stays in your email history as an audit log.
Can my team work together?
Yes. The Agency plan includes up to 3 users and the Unlimited plan up to 5, sharing one monthly quota and one email history where anyone on the plan can reopen and download any email, with who created it.
Is my content used to train AI?
No. HCPCraft uses paid, enterprise-grade AI services whose terms prohibit using your content to train their models, and HCPCraft does not train AI on your content.
How much does it cost? Is there a free trial?
There are three monthly plans, for solo users, agencies with small teams and high-volume teams; see hcpcraft.com/pricing for current prices. You can try the example emails for free, and sign in with Google to build one email free from your own files. Paid plans can be cancelled at any time. Payments are non-refundable.
